ICS Research projects All research activities performed as projects. A project is managed within one program but can include staff from other programs Projects are initiated (and terminated) by steering groups with industry participation. At project definition, the goals to be addressed and achieved are specified and approved by the board.

ICS Project guidelines The core activity is to strengthen and develop the competence profiles of the centre and programs. This is mainly done through fundamental projects Fundamental projects shall amount to at least 70% of the total volume. The degree of industry participation is highest in Pilot projects The different types of projects are managed and measured differently.
