Av säkerhetsskäl skickas användar-id och inloggningskoder i separata mejl. När projektägaren loggat in kommer de till en särskild webbsida där redovisningen sker. Ett starkt önskemål är använda den en Excel-fil som SCB tillhandhåller. Av sekretesskäl sker även detta via inrapporterings-applikationen. Projektägaren ska inom en månad rapportera deltagaruppgifter för föregående månad. Om så inte skett får de via mejl en påminnelse från SCB länk till vidare.
