WHY DO WE THINK A NEW MODEL IS NEEDED? Because innovation, is not only matter of big business Because existing models are very theorical and complicated, especially for small organizations Because a simple and a practical way of understanding innovation is possible Because we believe that a regional perspective adds value to the model

WHAT DO WE UNDERSTAND BY MANAGEMENT INNOVATION? The focus of innovation management is to allow the organization to respond to an external or internal opportunity, and use its creative efforts to introduce new ideas, processes or products. To manage activities that permit obtain, in a continuously way, new ideas, processes and products. To get that, it’s also necessary to create an organizational environment, a context which permit to release the creativity and the innovative capacity of the personnel.
