DIABETESFOT: GAS, SA, Gram neg tarmbakt, Anaerober: Zinacef + Flagyl Per os/Pc-allergi: Dalacin + Ciproxin SEPSIS: GAS, SA, Mnc, Gram neg stavar 1a hand: Zinacef el Claforan ( + Nebcina om svår) Denna komb missar: Anaerober: lägg till Flagyl Enterokocker: välj Doktacillin=Amimox (el Tacozin) + Nebcina KNS: Lägg till Vancomysin. alt Tazocin + Nebcina (tar anaerober) alt Meronem + Nebcina (tar anaerober) Pc-allergi: Dalacin + Nebcina (tar anaerober) UVI: Kvinnor Män Selexid 200 mg x 3 5d (ej vid Pc-allergi) Ciproxin Trimetoprim 160 mg x 2-3 (ej till gravida) 500mg x 2 14d Cefadroxil 500 mg,x 2 5d (ej vid Pc-allergi) Furadantin 50 mg x 3 5d (ej till äldre damer) Övre UVI: p.o : Ciproxin alt Bactrim i.v: Zinacef alt Claforan CNS: Mnc, Pnc, SA, H.I, Listeria Claforan + Doktacillin alt. Meronem. Pc-allergi: Kloramfenikol + Bactrim Profylax vid exponering Mnc (ej sjh-personal): Ciproxin BUK: Extraintestinala: Anaerober, Gram neg stavar, Hudflora(SA, GAS) Zinacef + Flagyl alt Meronem alt Tazocin. Vid Enterokock-misstanke, tex vid gallvägsprobl.el UVI täcker Zinacef + Flagyl inte detta, välj något av de andra två alternativen. Bara Enterokocker: Amimox. Pc-allergi: Dalacin + Nebcina Gasteroenterit: Behandlas oftast inte, men om aktuellt välj Ciproxin el Lexinor, tex alltid vid Shigellos. Undantag: Campylobacter: Erytromysin; och C.difficile: Flagyl el Vancosin
