Seminar One (8 points) Case A: “Case Study 1.1: Tesco”, on pages 4-5. Two questions to be discussed are on p.5. In addition, consider how these logistical considerations are related to Tescos overall business model and image. Case B: “Case Study 2.1: Managing events and promotions in the retail sector”, on pages 37-38. One questions to be discussed is on p.38. In addition, consider how this issue relates to the marketing strategy and possibly find other examples from the retail sector with similar business problem.
