3 VCC’s New Asset Management System
Currently VCC plants have different versions of Maximo running. The aim is to have a common maintenance processes with the purpose to combine all technical, administrative and managerial functions during the life cycle of equipment. This should be core functionality in the New EAM system for VCC. See pictures below. Problem Lösning Behov av en “Lättare” användare – mindre än “limited user” mer än “Service requestor” för Arbetsorder rapportering och hantering. Express Use User License – Täcker behoven för många arbetsledare och tekniker. Kan kombineras med vanliga Maximo licenser och även industrilösningar. (Är inte en add-on licens) Kräver en ratio av 25:1 mellan Express till Full användare. Exempel 400 Expess kräver minst 16 Full användare. Authorized User Power User, full access Limited Use User Access to 3 Modules only Express Use User Limited Editing, Approvals, View Reports Self-Service Create Requests, View SP Billing, Safety Incidents Licensformerna speglar åtkomst till produktens funktionalitet 14

Express användare Avsedd för: Chefer/arbetsledare som granskar information och gör godkännanden. Tekniker eller fältarbetare som utför underhåll och behöver titta på Arbetsorder, arbettsuppgifter återrapportera felkoder, rapportera tid och ändra status. Kan användas i kombination med Everyplace användare. Det finstilta If the Program is designated as "Express Use User", Licensee is entitled to access the Maximo Asset Management program solely for the purpose of running and viewing reports, read only view of records, approval of records and updates to Work Orders that have been assigned to the Licensee. 15

Resultatet Öka användandet av Maximo Minskar licensadministration hos våra kunder Det finstilta: Individuals that are using the Program solely for the following purposes or are using only the following functions of the Program do not require entitlements to the Program: Entering service requests and viewing the status of their service requests. Viewing information on assets they own. Creating and viewing requisitions, viewing templates and viewing drafts via the Desktop Requisitions application. Befintliga kunder: Befintliga kunder behöver inte köpa till Self Service Requestor, Desktop Requisitioners – ingår I Maximo licensen. S&S (Underhållsavgiften) reduceras inte eftersom man fortfarande har tillgång till samma funktinalitet.
