How can a forecast model be useful for planning labour market training? The basic idea is: A system for employment offices to gather information about recruitment plans, competences and mapping recruitment problems. Better understanding about different cultures in the companies – needs of different competences. That companies feel that they get some add-value by the visits from employment officers. This information (knowledge) is necessary to create a more efficient matching between jobseekers and vacancies – supported by measures in the field of labour market programmes Forecast result is a useful tool to plan labour market policies, planning labour market programs specially labour market training and distribution of budget means

The collective agreement
A collective agreement is a written, signed agreement between the employee organisation on the one hand and the employer organisation or employer on the other. Covers the relationship between employer and employee and includes obligations for the parties. As soon as these formal requirements are fulfilled, it is a collective agreement. The collective agreement automatically binds both the members of the trade union and the companies that are members of the employers’ organisation concluding the agreement.
