9 Forecast model in Sweden The most imported parts is as follows: –The forecast model should be valuable for the whole organization, i.e. national level, regional level and local level. –The results should be useful for the contents in the individual action plan and planning for labour market training. –The results should be useful for unemployed people, other jobseekers, people in general, government, parliament, journalists etc.

10 How can a forecast model be useful for planning labour market training? The basic idea is: A system for employment offices to gather information about recruitment plans, competences and mapping recruitment problems. Better understanding about different cultures in the companies – needs of different competences. That companies feel that they get some add-value by the visits from employment officers. This information (knowledge) is necessary to create a more efficient matching between jobseekers and vacancies – supported by measures in the field of labour market programmes Forecast result is a useful tool to plan labour market policies, planning labour market programs specially labour market training and distribution of budget means

11 Some important conclusions Forecast result is a useful tool to plan labour market policies, planning labour market programs (specially labour market training) and distribution of budget means. Forecast model affecting the behavioural of other authorities, educational system, and the government as a decision makers. The forecast result affecting behavioural of people (jobseekers, young persons).

12 The collective agreement

13 A collective agreement is a written, signed agreement between the employee organisation on the one hand and the employer organisation or employer on the other. Covers the relationship between employer and employee and includes obligations for the parties. As soon as these formal requirements are fulfilled, it is a collective agreement. The collective agreement automatically binds both the members of the trade union and the companies that are members of the employers’ organisation concluding the agreement.

14 Gemensam handlingsplan Teknikföretagen - IF Metall - Arbetsförmedlingen

15 Syfte Huvudsyftet med denna handlingsplan är att bidra till industrins kompetensförsörjning och ge ungdomar en väg in i arbetslivet. Handlingsplanen omfattar en arbetsprocess för samarbetet mellan Teknikföretagen, IF Metall och Arbetsförmedlingen. Målgrupp Långtidsarbetslösa ungdomar med eller utan grundläggande gymnasiekompetens som saknar teknisk och industriell utbildning och erfarenhet.

16 Arbetsprocess Arbetsförmedlingen matchar ungdomar utifrån arbetsgivarnas kravspecifikationer. Arbetsgivarna väljer ut de lämpligaste kandidaterna. Arbetsförmedlingen erbjuder dessa kandidater en förberedande arbetsmarknadsutbildning på fyra månader. Efter avslutad och godkänd arbetsmarknadsutbildning erbjuds ungdomen en tidsbegränsad anställning hos de aktuella företagen. Detta sker med stöd av Yrkesintroduktionsavtalet mellan IF Metall och Teknikföretagen.
