Our members have access to a professional network which encompasses a vast range of business cultures, languages and lifestyles, but also provides a place where everyone is on common ground in a safe and proactive environment. We are currently represented in more than 25 countries. Our Association is a self-development organization with no political aims and no trade-union activities. English is the official language of our Association.

A conference organized every autumn and a training day organized every spring, tailor-made to the needs and the development of our members, can guarantee their evolution. We choose a theme for the year. A great opportunity to network with peers from different countries and cultures. Training and development is a key element in our association not only on international, but also on national level. Therefore, a substantial number of training activities is organized frequently in every national group, giving its members motivation and access to all the new know-how in order for them to thrive in the business field.
Ansvarsområden *) Ledningsgruppsarbetet delades upp i 2018 års formulär i två frågor jmf. mot tidigare år då frågan endast var ställd om deltagande i ledningsgrupp **) Styrelsearbete var mest återkommande
Lönenivå *) Från och med 2018 infördes nya lönenivåer, 47.-51.000 kr hade 12 svarande 52—56.000kr hade 14 svarande, 57 och uppåt, hade 9 st

Chefsenkäten 2018 Görs tillsammans med Företagsuniversitetet vartannat år sedan 2011. Helt anonymt och den finns på både svenska och engelska. 101 svarade, varav 68 var VD eller motsvarande och 25 ingick i ledningsgrupp eller hade stabsfunktion. 63 från privat sektor, 36 från offentlig 60 % från bolag med fler än 500 anställda Enkäten kommer presenteras i sin helhet på seminariet i Lund i maj och sedan läggas ut på vår hemsida.
